SHIPPING AND RETURNS

 

We are based in the UK and have relationships with several choice suppliers worldwide who manufacture and ship our orders for us. This enables us to offer you a wide range of products at fantastic prices. Our suppliers are mostly based in China but we also work with ones in Europe and the USA. This means your order can come from anyone of these locations.  We have inspected lots of stock to make sure our products are good quality and will be enjoyed by you and your little ones.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after purchase. All items on on website are in stock at the time of purchase so there is very rarely a problem with an item being out of stock.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Items send from China warehouses are sent by E-Packet, from Europe DHL or UPS from UK Royal Mail.

All orders have a tracking number

N.B.: Some countries have strict custom rules that could lead to further delays; We do not have control over customs regulations. But it's our hope that the shipment is smooth. 
If you do not receive your item within the time indicated; please email us and we will help you track your order.

Returns

Buy with confidence knowing that if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help, our products can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date of that product.

 All returns are 100% refundable so long as they meet the conditions below. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we won't require a receipt or proof of purchase, just be sure to include your full name and email address to make sure we can find your order.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or any item that is returned more than 30 days after the delivery date will not be eligible for a refund.

Please contact us before returning your item so we can give your our UK office return address. You can contact us on Messenger, or by using the contact form on our store.

We do not provide a return label, you are responsible for return shipping costs.  

If  the fault is ours (for example: wrong items sent or damaged) for the return we will pay for the shipping to return the item or your shipping costs reimbursed.

Refunds are usually processed in 5-7 days after we receive your return. You will receive email confirmation when the refund is processed. All refunds go to the original credit card. 

We do not charge a restocking fee.
